Machine Structure

The system consists of several key components, including the automatic bagging machine, bag flipping machine, metal detector, checkweigher, reject conveyer, automatic palletizing machine, stretch hood machine and pallet conveyor.

The main body and components that are in direct contact with material are made from 304 or 316L stainless steel, selected based on the material characteristics to ensure optimal performance.

For electrical components, we use trusted brands: SMC cylinders and solenoid valves from Japan, SIMENS PLC controllers, UNIPULSE weighing controllers from Japan, and SEW or equivalent servo motors, ensuring reliable and high-quality performance.
